Location and amenities. Nice and cozy space! Easy code entrance. Good communication with friendly hosts. Very accommodating. We had an isolated incident, and they were very quick to respond and fix, but everything was ok.

Could be cleaner. Bathroom tub and sinks still had stains on them, looked like they were from soap residue. Towels still had hair in it. Rug and carpet could use a deep cleaning. There were marks and dark spots. Smelled of weed in the hallway.

It was very peaceful and felt very at home here.

Very clean and organized. Complimentary toiletries were surprisingly good quality. Sufficient number of towels and wash clothes provided. Loved the touch of having throw blankets in the living room. The mattresses were high quality and very comfortable. Building and location was very quiet and convenient. Host communication was timely and accurate. Look forward to staying again next year!

Would have loved a handheld shower head and a recliner, but otherwise everything was perfect.
