Everything

It was great. No complaints at all.

Lovely apartment, everything we needed was there and good location.

Very difficult to find the correct key safe and would have struggled to open it if it wasn't for the cleaner from another apartment coming out. Apartment hadn't been serviced but a phone call brought a cleaner who did a good and efficient job while we waited. I have a smart TV at home but could only get channel 5 to work for the first 2 days and then nothing would work.

Perfect for our stay in Harrogate, bed was very comfortable, lounge/dining area light and roomy, all the streaming services we needed and WiFi good, kitchen well equipped. Really liked communication and info prior to arriving. Location also perfect

Nothing negative from us at all :-)

Great information, location, space and light. Very clean. Good kitchen with large fridge freezer. Comfortable bed.

We had a 2 night stay. When we entered the apartment the interior part of the front door handle fell off and was therefore unusable. The side of the sofa fell off when leaned on for the first time. We put it back together but avoided leaning on it. Sofa was poor quality and uncomfortable. On our first morning there was no hot water. We had to have either a cold shower or none at all. We called the number provided and were told where to find a key to open the boiler cupboard. The hot water boiler had to be rebooted 4 times in total by my husband. The shower fitting is a rainhood and hand held. We couldn’t manage to get the hand held part of the shower working. Bedroom windows wouldn’t open. Only 4 teabags were provided for 2 people for 2 days. Bed linen was ok but not luxurious. The apartment does look like the photos but the furniture, shower fittings, handles are poor quality, so function and comfort were not so good. The 3 flights of steep narrow stairs and high bath (which you need to climb in and out of for a shower) would not suit anybody with mobility issues.
