Location ease of entry & leaving and overall cleanliness
Couldn’t get into the pool and the TV was a bit confusing

The location was great and very close to the Old City as well as shopping and restaurants. Public transportation was immediately available. The apartment was comfortable for me and my family.
The unit was two apartments with a connecting door. The connecting door had no door handle and closed several times where the door had to be pried open. This was a fire and safety hazard. The outer door to the smaller unit could not be opened either, so we could have been locked in the apartment with no way out during an emergency.

"There was a tiny issue with our original reserved appartment but the hosts decided to give us an upgrade to a much better one instead of resolving that issue.
So - everything was simply fantastic.
