Clean, easy to speak with staff with quick response times.
Self check in instructions were really clear and helpful.
Good pillow and bed.
Bottle of water in room with selection of snacks and coffee capsules for use in the common area.
Quiet - couldn't hear any road noise, although the night I stayed there was a police helicopter around which I could hear whilst in bed though this was due to a protest so not understood to be a normal occurrence.
Shower head holder was broken so had to hold it whilst trying to wash.
No hand soap provided.

The property was clean, comfortable and very modernised. I only spent my night and morning there but it was perfect for one night. What I was particularly impressed by was the staff interaction. I was on the train an hour away from Bologna when they contacted me to say that I hadn’t checked-in yet but they quickly sorted it out for me through a quick exchange in about 15 minutes. They later recommended the best place for breakfast and how to get the bus from the train station (Bologna station is very confusing).
It was perfectly fine but one thing I found in Italy is that even though I could connect to wi-fi in accommodation it didn’t actually work. I had to use my data plan everywhere which was sometimes problematic.

It was in a very good location very close to Santo Stefano in a quiet street. The accommodation was excellent and the breakfast arrangements were in nearby cafes did not disappoint. Siria was very helpful with all our requests. Very close to many of the famous places of interest we would definitely come back.
There is nothing negative about the property.
