Wow, wow, and WOW! This is truly luxury by the beach, and the name says it all.
Behind the scenes is Sam, the property owner, who truly understands what beach guests need for a perfect seaside holiday. From the little details to the overall experience, everything was thoughtfully taken care of.
Absolutely nothing to complain about—we were extremely happy with our stay and will always be happy to come back to Sam again and again.
A wonderful beachside experience that we highly recommend!

A very clean and tidy beach stay with modern vibes and a touch of Goan charm. Mr. Sam is a wonderful host who provides great hospitality and makes you feel welcome throughout your stay.
The rooms and common areas are kept spotless, and fresh towels are provided every day. The beach is just a 5-minute walk away, making the location perfect for a relaxing getaway.
A beautiful place to stay, and I would definitely recommend it!
