Really great location on top of a restaurant that we loved so much we went twice! It was also central to everything else around Rome, walking distance to Colosseum, 15-20 min walk to everything else. The property itself was spacious, we enjoyed hanging in the kitchen

At face value the apartment looks really nice and modern but when you stay there you start to see that the apartment was renovated hastily to cover up a lot of deeper things that needed to be fixed. The AC in the king bed room was broken and did not work the entire time there - we reached out to the property manager immediately and they promised to have someone come look but it was never done the entire time. They did provide a fan eventually but it was so hot in that room that my friend had to sleep in the living room the entire time. The shower drain in the bathroom with 2 sinks did not work well at all so everyone ended up showering in the smaller shower. There was a funky smell in the smaller shower bathroom too like a plumbing/poop smell. They were originally short on basic supplies like toilet paper and laundry soap which they provided after I asked for them. The living room should have another sofa extension or something for better sitting - the small couches are basically only big enough to fit 2 people total so not a great shared space for even 4 people
