Convenient location and comfortable
Overpowering curry smell in microwave that permeated the full cupboard and room if cupboard was opened.
Outdoor BBQ was disgusting, not cleaned, base full of fat. Didn't use. It needs a thorough clean.
Batteries in air con remote were flat.
Dust on floor under lounge and on floor under panel blinds, obviously not moved when cleaning.

Good location, handy lift up to the second floor and quite spacious.
Not the fault of the owner but the people above on the third floor had elephant feet so it was quite annoying listening to them stomp around.

Great location, comfortable apartment with a decent bed and shower.
Would of loved a dryer, or at least a bigger airer for washing clothes.
Hard to access the bins. The house rules folder should have been placed somewhere a bit more obvious.
