KANGURT Grand Hotel

Location. Hotel and room very clean and good.

The food was bad and not what the menu promised. For example a 300g filet mignon medium rare was 150g piece of meat well done. That just an example. The staff skills in english made it very hard / totally impossible to communicate. I ordered a water and a beer in the restaurant and after I asked twice after them I got two different wrong beers after over 30 minutes had gone and the guy who brought them got mad at me. This also just an example. He also yelled at me when I under his supervision came to take my Mid-Asian Ibex meat from the kitchen freezer - which in fact should have been in the fridge. The specific guy was all in all impossible to deal with and genuinly without filter, maybe the dumbest person I ever met in my life. Can't help but say this. I dealt with him several times and the experience was very intense.
