The location and the spacious apartment. This is 6minutes walk from the tabata station. And Tabata station is 10 15mins out from tokyo. But trust us, this is much better value. I have to specially mention the communication with the owner was really good. He is responsible, responsive and reachable. Then the space is equipped with 4 beds. 2 double beds and 2 single beds. Very close to a small discount supermarket, and a food stall. And tabata station has it all if you prefer a bit more upmarket atmosphere. Everything was super clean, comfy.

Our apartment room was on 1st floor. So only caveat was there was no lift. Access is from a outside staircase. You gonna have to carry your luggage 1 flight. And then there was no ironing facilities. Which i would love. And the bathroom was bit old fashioned.

The location is great, close to the Yamanote line, close to a big supermarket. The room is big, the beds are very good. The wifi is excellent (fiberoptic). The was not much noise and the neighbourhood is quiet. The airco works fine. There is also a washing machine, which is very convenient.

There were not enough plates and pans/pots. We managed cooking, but this can be improved. All the windows are darkened with soundproof material. It didn't disturb us a lot, but you can't look outside. Except when you open the balcony door.

棉被保暖不透氣，會處於蓋了太熱，不蓋太冷窘境；廁所太小，水槽太小，馬桶沖水需要數次才能乾淨
