Lovely host (though she is always very busy!), comfy bed, great location, excellent breakfast.
Sensor light in the bathroom is annoying. Remember to listen to the host & drink water from the supplied bottle & not the tap.

Room very clean, kind and helpful owner, very nice breakfast. If you want to explore the area it is a good base.
The room was rather small for a family of 4. Stairs were a bit difficult to climb but there was an expansion in process so I guess this will be resolved by then.
