Limpeza impecável, isso me fez feliz e a cama e tão boa q tirei foto do modelo do colchão.

Apto ótimo, muito limpo e organizado, com tudo o que você precisa. Localização excelente; shop. Recife, praia de Boa Viagem e mercado próximos, tudo a pé. Recomendo !

Roberta was very welcoming when we arrived, giving us recommendations on where to go and being very quick to respond. the place was spotless and the view was gorgeous (you can see the ocean and the sunrise)! It’s a great spot near the ocean and public transport for more of the touristy spots of Recife.
Loud construction noise in the mornings, not sure when it will be over. There were some other small things that could’ve easily been fixed to make our stay much more comfortable:
- We were only given 2 toilet paper rolls for 2 people in a 10 day stay. When we asked for more we were told to go buy some.
- Gas Oven is old school and we weren’t provided matches to be able to operate it.
- Provided extra pillows but no pillow cases

The owner charged me 556 reais for the use of 278 kilowatts of energy. It was not settled by Booking. com and I could see that she would pay a little more than 300 reais for that. She said that was because I had stayed 28 days. For me, that's not an excuse since I was paying for the 28 day location. I would like to hear from you concerning that unexpected charge.
