i loved the location of the apartment, very clean and easy to access. having your own personal wash and dry was amazing and time saving. bed and couch were very comfy
the collection was a little confusing at first and the lights outside kept flickering which was a bit unsettling, the trash shoot was also a little bit difficult to find

The accommodation was exceptionally good and truly justified its price. The facilities and amenities provided were outstanding. Key collection was very convenient, and we were warmly greeted upon arrival. The location was perfect, with everything within walking distance, and the tram stop was hardly two minutes away. The apartment was neat, tidy, and very well maintained. Overall, it was a wonderful stay, and we would definitely recommend it!
Everything was perfect.

More than 2 towels.
Doona had yellow stains on it which was unsanitary .
Floor in kitchen I found peanuts
General sticky floor and eating table

The actual apartment was well equipped but did not match the description in the booking section as it said one queen bed and a single. But did not say that the single bed had to be requested.
The pool and sauna area were good.
Didn't realise that the managers were offsite. Having to ring when things went wrong and then wait for someone to come. We got 2 keys but only one fob worked and the fob was required in the lifts to make them work and also to access the swimming pool area, which was inconvenient if there are 2 of you and only one fob worked. The front desk couldn't help because our particular apartment was booked through Lumina. The exchange of keys and checking in had to be done outside the building. Also the heater didn't seem to emit any warm air.
