Very comfortable and in a very peaceful neighborhood, we were on the ground floor flat but not disturbed by anybody else. There was air conditioning that we used occasionally and within reasonable walking distance of multiple metro stations..
The shower was hot and Powerful and there was good bottles of body soap shampoo and conditioner provided.
We were only four people in this flat but there wasn't really enough comfortable seating for everyone to watch TV, although we did spend most evenings out having fun!
Also for any westerners who might want to prepare food that requires a knife, there was only one small fold-out pen knife as cutlery which made eating our egg on toast a bit tricky 😁

The location was good, as it was easy to get to the subway, convenience store, grocery store and laundromat. It was comfortable, clean, and all the appliances worked.
It was a bit damp. A dehumidifier would have helped because nothing would dry.
