The proximity to the beach and the position within Tamariu was outstanding. Well located for the cafes shops and retaurants. It was quiet at night Spacious lounge and dining room Well equipped

Gloomy, smelly entrance to all flats Outside patio area was dirty and all seat cushions were soaking, having been left out in the rain Kitchen area was quite run down, dishwasher drawers were broken, light over hob needs replacing. There was a safe but the key did not work 2 dining room chairs were broken Aircon unit drips and causes a flood The bathroom was spacious and nicely done, but there was no extractor and the toilet seat was heavily stained
