The room was perfect. Very spacious, modern and very clean. It was enough space for the 4 or us (including 2 young children) with a good sized en suite. It was also very quiet, very little street noise, and no sound from the halls or other rooms. We were very happy with our stay.
Parking could sometimes be an issue, but it still wasn't too bad overall.

The room was on the ground floor. It was very spacious and comfortable. I loved the colour scheme and apart from a little noise from the kids staying above it was really peaceful. That is to be expected being on the ground floor. The tea, coffee and milk was a bonus. The owner was lovely too.
Nothing.

Our family room was a good size. Beds were comfortable. Very clean throughout. Andrea was very welcoming and we could check in early. Lovely to have a fridge in our room. Lots of tea and coffee. Not far from the shops and seafront.
Parking was a bit of gamble but the permit covers a large area.
