The location was ideal, being a few hundred meters from a grocery store, a five minute walk from a bunch of good restaurants and cognac distilleries, and a 15min walk from the train station. Additionally, the shampoo smelled so good it washed away all the fatigue of travel. The apartment itself was very tidy and organized, even having a washing machine. It was very cozy tonstayvinnand a great starting point to explore the city each day.
We weren't familiar with the method of opening the entryway door for the building, so it took a while and one of the neighbors showing us to figure it out. It would have been useful to have a map of the area as well, with notable locations marked (store here, restaurants over here, recommended bakery, museum/visitor's center, etc). We got on fine without it, but it would have been helpful.
