The property was in a quiet location. I loved the Hot Tub.

The property was ok but quite dated in places and in need of a paint touch up. There was a sofa and two small tub chairs that although functional weren’t somewhere you could pop your feet up and relax. The master bed isn’t comfy at all, maybe a mattress topper would make it more comfortable The fire wasn’t cleaned and it was full of Ash and paper. I do think a thermal glove should be provided because like an idiot I tried to add another log and burnt my hand on the handle. Who would think metal gets hot, but that was my mistake. I didn’t like feeling rushed when leaving the property. Check out was 10am but somebody was already cleaning the hot tub at 9am making me feel like they wanted us out.

The quietness & location

We arrived and property was open as said in email. Ready to access. Unfortunately when we got into the property we had to do some cleaning, we emptied out a bag full of ashes from the fire , cleaned the food off the counter tops, washed the glasses that we wanted to use from the cupboard. One of the pillow cases had make up stains on it and the Internet went off both nights at 9pm. The fridge was so high that it froze our drinks & cheese! Disappointing overall. Its a shame because we stayed previously and really enjoyed our stay, this time we felt that your company didn't really care if we were there or not
