Good communication online and quick to respond. The beds were comfy, lots of space for 3 travellers, kitchen well equipped, and I was grateful for the packet of ground coffee and stove top expresso. Every appliance worked in the apartment. And it had air-conditioning. It was great to have a clothes washing machine - a real bonus. When we has an issue with it, the staff were very responsive and quick to come help us out. Very grateful to them for that. The lift to the apartment made it a bonus not having to climb stairs with luggage. For the older and less tech savy traveller, the remote check-in approach and use of remote locks and downloading of apps was a new learning experience and a gentle shove into the future of travel.

The foldable bed for the third person was a bit lumpy, but not too bad. Would have preferred a single bed.
