Очень милый аутентичный отель, чудесные Виктория и Кети помогли нам чувствовать себя, как дома и заботились о нас, как о родных. Шикарные виды с балкона. Есть все необходимое для комфортного пребывания. Очень понравилось расположение отеля. Вблизи много интересных мест, ресторанов, кафе, магазинов. Отличный район для погружения в тбилисскую жизнь.

The rooms are clean and very spaceos and are well designed with so much space for 4 people. Location is also good and quiet and next to Fabrika which is a nice play to eat and have a few drinks.

I booked this room specifically to enjoy the spa but this was not possible. I asked the owner to have the spa ready for 8pm but instead she ignored my request and forced us to do 7pm which didn’t work for us since we were going for dinner first. We came back from dinner at 8:40pm and the sauna was off and the pool was also emptied. I complained to her about it and she said it was not possible to fill the pool again because they don’t work after 8, which she said she told us, but thats not true. If you go at the booking website it says the spa is open from 10am to 11pm. She then sends me voice messages arguing about it which is the last things I want to do at nightime. Anyway I found the whole experience very stressful and a waste of money since the only reason I booked the room was to enjoy the spa. Also walls are thin and you can hear the whole bed vibrating when your neighbours are walking around, which is not good at 8am ams you just want to sleep.
