Hyggelig betjening. Veldig hjelpsomme med å få tak i taxi for vår videre reise neste morgen. Ren og pent på rommet.

Frokosten var veldig begrenset. Kun noen skiver i et kjøleskap der en laget sitt eget. Ikke noe å se frem til.

Instalaciones nuevas y muy cómodo. Pasamos una única noche pero ideal para estancias más largas.

An absolute gem of a hotel! The owner is incredibly friendly and helpful; we felt genuinely welcomed and looked after on the day our flight back home was cancelled. We loved the high standard of this 11-room boutique hotel—it is small but absolutely fantastic. Having a handy coffee machine and breakfast available was such a lovely, thoughtful touch. Thank you very much for turning a stressful travel day into a wonderful stay! And just 15 min away from Gran Canaria Airport

This is not somewhere for a technophobic pensioner. We booked it as we erroneously thought it was the nearest hotel to the airport. The place was almost impossible to find. Pages of code based instruction preceded our stay. We were advised that there were only 4 hours of reception a day, so we rushed to get there by 2pm, to make sure we were able to connect with a Real Human Being. He turned out to be a very nice guy, albeit with limited English, but this didn't make up for the stress of worrying that we'd miss our plane the next morning as we weren't even sure if we'd be able to open the outside door in view of the technical rigmarole . And there would be no possibility of anyone in Reception to assist us. It didn't help that we had requested a wake-up call, which was never confirmed.....although, to be fair, the taxi which the guy had arranged for us did in fact turn up and on time. Society is becoming a nightmare when the only means of getting or giving information or even smiling....is done through the medium of machines.... Do not ever give up on Real Human Beings!
