Very happy with my stay. A little out of the way but good transport access. Facilities were good and the room was clean and tidy. Several places to eat locally if you wanted to be closer at this point. Exactly as advertised.
Knew about there being no AC before I arrived so not a criticism but it was very very hot when I was there and this was a challenge (from looking beforehand this was common in Paris). Could have done with a sharp knife for prepping food.

Location is a quiet neighbourhood with nice street art and food.
Staff were friendly and the place is very clean.
Was locked out one night due to card failure, and also a power trip happened to the building at a very late night. The staff rushed down promptly from home to rectify the issue.
No air conditioning - horrible if it’s during the hot summer. We were provided a small fan, which was not sufficient to circulate air in the room. The room is fine if it’s not on a hot day.
No lifts - you gotta carry the heavy luggage up and down, if there’s no one around to help.
