The smell! Such an intoxicating scent as soon as you walk into the lobby. Our room was spotless and it was a fantastic location; easy to get to the downtown area and walkable. We were upgraded to a water view when the customer service rep. found out we were there for my husband’s birthday.
Nothing. We would go again.

Location, lovely room, great linens. Breakfast.
Shower leaked all over the bathroom. I was told all the rooms are like that. In room Phone didn’t work. Card to leave garage didn’t work. When I checked in, no one told me where the gym was or the breakfast hours or how parking worked.

The staff in the restaurant were very friendly and competent.
Our room didn’t get any maid service. We were gone for most of the day and when we returned, nothing had been done. Beds weren’t made, cleaning wasn’t done, and dirty towels hadn’t been replaced. We called to let the management know and their explanation was that they had some staff that was sick. In our opinion, a very poor explanation. This isn’t the covid outbreak!
