The room and the terrace have a wonderful view on Bukhara, and the breakfast is good: we recommend Shom hotel for the location and the staff, that has been really kind with us!
Maybe adding a curtain in the bathroom could be an improvement. But apart from that, we had a comfortable stay

Rooftop terrace with a nice view.
Dark, impersonal and some extremely unfriendly staff members. My request for breakfast well after the stated start time was met with sighs and rolled eyes.
