Very comfortable, clean, and spacious. The location was also not too busy, but close to many ammenities. Host was very responsive and helpful as well.

Just had a little hard time going up the stairs as there wasn’t any elevator.

Excellent Location, quiet neighbourhood All facilities except a television Walking distance to Iriya station Close to Tokyo tower and Asakusa main tourist spot and good places to shop

The place needs to have a lift or some help to carry suitcases up to the apartment floor For issues took sometime to resolve Could have provided a document on how to operate things (tourists have limited knowledge of Japanese language) as well as locations of nearby stores/ things to do Need a television to keep kids engaged Cleaning services were not provided during the stay, most apartments provide cleaning at least once or every alternate days, this is a basic requirement!!

Location. Had everything you required while away from home. Pleasing decor. Beds were very comfortable. Everything was clean. Toilet seat was heated which delighted me as a feature! Communication with owner/manager was easy and responses were prompt.

The stairs were challenging with heavy luggage.
