The location is great! Just walking distance from Ila Beach Club, Hilton hotel and Yas Bay and has a Carrefour just next door! Host is friendly, the staff in the lobby are also quite nice and helpful. The apartment is quite spacious for it being a studio and has all the necessary equipment like the iron, hairdryer, microwave, Nespresso coffee machine, a kettle. The place was clean and very well maintained.
Everything was just perfect!

the location is good and the place is clean , but amenities are very low as to what is promised.
they said there was beach access but it was closed and we were not informed. ALso no one to keep us informed on arrival of how to get around or give a brief on arrival.
