Great communication. We arrived later than the normal opening hours and the reception waited for us to hand over the key. The host sent us a welcome book a week in advance to prepare for our stay, was quick to reply to messages and resolve any issues. The apartment was spotless and very cozy. It had everything to make our stay comfortable, even board games. Good location - within walking distance to a ski lift. Highly recommend.
No wifi (and poor mobile signal) and had to prepare our own bed linen, but it was as expected and communicated in advance.
