Wonderful views from the hotel, comfortable bed, good heating in the bedroom. Clean bedroom. Staff helpful

Outside of our bedroom there was no other heating in the hotel. No heating in the restaurant so we had to wear coats as the temperature outside was around zero. We had dinner next door in Justa Birding which was great. It's up the hill from the town so may not suit everyone. Taxi from the hotel was rs.500

There was loud construction noise for our entire stay, no apology, no acknowledgement, no nothing just non stop noise. Also the kitchen is very unreliable and does not understand what good service is. We order 2 things, they only deliver one and say the other is not available, then why not call again? Or tell us immediately? Also check-in was literally: „here room“ okay what about the restaurant how does breakfast work? None of this costs money to do better, it’s just done bad. This hotel could be very nice
