On the first floor- is comfortable. In a good calm, not noisy place. Has washing machine , which we needed. Very close 3 min to city center and 5-7 min to Beluota beach, 20 min walk to Mulini beach.
Cold floor. Need new and more bedsheets.

It's very close to the old town. Room was nice and clean. All the apartment is new.
1. Parking was very far (15 min walk). So we had to break our suitcases into 1~2 small bags, as you can't carry it all with you all the way. Later, we remembered things we missed.
2. The area was noisy. Even at 11 p.m. , the neighbors were still very active and noisy.
3. Although the apartment is all new, the bed itself is squeaking and not too comfortable.
