We had a fabulous stay. Francesco is the perfect host. He offered us assistance with getting to the apartment - very concise and specific directions for taking the bus. He met us at the apartment and gave us excellent instructions and information for the apartment and for visiting the area. He was available on WhatsApp before the visit and during the visit. He picked us up for a transfer to the airport at 3:45 AM to catch a 6 AM flight. This is one of our very best stays that we have arranged through booking.com, and we have arranged many, many stays over the past ten years of so on booking.com. Truly an outstanding visit in everyday.

Honestly the only thing that we did not like is that we should have booked for more than 2 nights.

Absolute gem if you’re visiting Venice. Strategic location, meters away from a very convenient bus stop, just 10 min away from the main bus station in Venice. And most of all, Francesco, the host is a wonderful, kind and very helpful human being. The apartment is very cosy and fully equipped and sparkling clean. Strongly recommending the place!

Vše výborné. Vlídný a vstřícný majitel, skvělé vybavení, pohodlí, jsme maximálně spokojeni.

Vše v pořádku. Nemáme výhrady.
