Good location near city centre, easy access. Has good facilities
There was a thick layer of dust on top of wardrobe when I tried to store a bag there. The ironing board was broken and mark on bedding on arrival . No proper plugs in sinks only one for bath that leaked

Close to etihad stadium not too far from city centre, tram stop across road
Needed 2 stand fans, one for living area, one for bedroom. The tiny one provided was not enough for the hot weather

Great location for Etihad Stadium Campus and Coop Arena. Only a ten minute walk from Piccadilly Station and has metro stop immediately across the road.
Concierge very helpful with assistance with temperamental door codes
The various door codes and the lock box were a little temperamental but once you get to grips with the alignments etc. all was straightforward

Space was great , good fridge , snacks available , things to cook ,
No shampoo , no body wash , silly heating system
