Bel emplacement sur le port, vue magnifique! Très belle chambre,climatisée, belle salle de bain, petit frigo avec pour accueil de l'eau fraîche ! Par contre l'accueille se fait par wasap! Pas de contact direct..poste avec ts les codes pour accéder aux chambres..juste un contact sympa avec la femme de ménage le lendemain... Bcp de bars, de restos aux alentours..parking assez facile et gratuit !

Escalier d'accès aux chambres très raide et étroit..Hébergement qui ne convient pas aux personnes ayant des problèmes de mobilité et surtout aux personnes handicapées!! Bruit désagréable le matin avec le passage des éboueurs et les camions qui viennent pomper de l'eau pdt des heures ss les fenêtres !

Mi è piaciuto tantissimo la vista che aveva e la stanza era molto accogliente Siamo stati nella tranquillità soprattutto nel dormire

The view was amazing! It required walking up 3 flights of stairs, but the view of the boats and the harbor made it worth it. My room had windows all the way around, especially nice with them all open, and a terrace with a table and chairs. The building is a 15 minute ride on the local train from Bari Centrale, and is a few minutes walk from the train station to the port. You can easily go to Bari Vecchia, Trani, and other nearby towns on the local train, all within a few minutes with a ticket for 1.30 Euro, easily bought, even last minute, with the Trenitalia app. PS, be sure to have Gelato Argentino! Delicious!

Everything was great, very comfortable, the stairs are a little difficult to manage if you have a large or heavy suitcase.

An sich ist das Apartment vor ein paar Jahren schön und hochwertig renoviert worden. Aber es wurde ganz schon runtergewirtschaftet und das Putz und Pflegeteam ist nicht das Gründlichste. Was nicht ganz klar wurde, es liegt genau über einer Bar mit Außensitzbereich so ist es Nachts etwas lauter werden kann. Unser Apartment hatte einen Balkon rundherum, was schön war, da das Haus genau am Hafen lag. Die Türen sind nicht sonderlich Schallgedämmt und der Treppenaufgang ist mit Koffer fast zu steil und schmal. Für eine Nacht zum Flughafen Bari ist es OK. Für einen längeren Aufenthalt würde ich mir was anderes suchen.

Leider lag noch Staub und Haare in den Ecken. Die Bad-Armaturen und Scheiben sind verkalkt und die Silikon-Dichtungen werden schon schimmelig. Alle Fenster oder Türgriffe sind schon locker. Was gar nicht ging war, das die Kaffee Taps für die Espresso Maschine die zur verfügung standen schon gebraucht waren - no go!! Zum Glück waren die Betten und Handtücher sauber! Wenn wieder etwas mehr Pflege und Reperatur in das Apartment gesteckt wird wist es gut. Da die Materialien der Armaturen, Bett und Holz hochwertig sind.
