Alles in allem.

Spacious apartment, no charge for pet, 3 minutes of walking from the nearest(by the time we’ve been there really quiet) beach. Nice view from terrace, free parking space. Really nice personnel(salute to Gabrijela!). We moved in earlier, so that’s also a huge advantage. Nearest grocery store is like 7 minutes away. Oh, and there was a small garden where we could get some peaches😅
A renovation of apartment would be useful, especially AC, we were asked to set the temperature on 24 degrees(because AC recently broke down), but the ac only in the hall, so rest of the rooms were a bit below comfortable.
