Very clean and comfortable renovated rooms. At first look at the road the hotel was on we thought it was run down, but it appears worse than it actually is. People there are just working in the businesses and as with much of Rome, there’s graffiti. The location is actually excellent though and is quite safe. It’s close to piazza navona, tons of restaurants and shops and busses stop very near by too. The staff were very helpful and arranged our transfers from the cruise port and to the airport. It’s a great place to stay! We highly recommend staying there.

The location was great and walkable to many major attractions. The rooms were mostly very quiet and not a bad size for an urban location. The building was charming.
The towels and pillows weren’t great quality.

The location was wonderful -- very near what we wanted to see but also with the feel of a local neighborhood. The room was roomy and clean and the staff were very helpful. I would stay there again!

The location is 5*++++
The lift was broken and we were on the 3rd floor with a narrow winding uneven staircase. We also came back one evening to find our hotel room door WIDE OPEN!!! The cleaner had not closed the door …
We checked out at 7:45 and no one was at the desk.
