I newly renovated hotel at a remote location but with a great view and a pool. The staff was very friendly and helpful.
The food in the restaurant was good, but the serving staff was not well organized and/or had a too high work load.

This hotel looks amazing perched on a hill with lovely views of lake Garda and the surrounding mountains. The decor is very modern and kept very clean and tidy. Our room was spacious and clean. They allowed us to check in early with no extra charge. There are a good amount of bars and cafes within easy walking distance. The breakfast was good, although there was very little choice for anyone vegetarian or vegan.
The staff at breakfast we not very helpful. The bathroom facilities were not what we expected with glass doors and the sink being completely open to the bedroom. This meant in the night if you wanted to use the toilet and turned the light on the whole room was illuminated. And the plug sockets next to the bed were very odd. We had standard European plug adapters with us but they didn't fit. We ended up having to borrow a phone charging adapter from reception and charge things one at a time.

It was well kept and up to date. Aesthetically pleasing with a very friendly staff.
There's no tissues in the rooms, no Wi-fi instructions, no telephone instructions, the breakfast was so, so. Cold eggs, coffee out of the machine was gross, had to ask for salt, pepper, ketchup napkins and spoons. You had to pay to rent pool towels and no shelves or niche's in the showers to put your products. Also the water pressure was terrible. Lastly, there's a pile of rubble over the hill in front of the flowers that looks terrible.
