Our family had an excellent stay at Lakeland Village in South Lake Tahoe. The location is absolutely perfect, with beautiful lake access, stunning mountain views, and easy access to restaurants, shopping, and local attractions.The property offers a wonderful balance of relaxation and convenience. We especially enjoyed the private beach area, pools, hot tubs, and the peaceful atmosphere throughout the resort. The grounds are beautifully maintained and provide a true Lake Tahoe experience.Our accommodation was clean, comfortable, and well-equipped, making it feel like a home away from home. Having a full kitchen and spacious living area was especially helpful for our family trip.What truly makes Lakeland Village special is its unbeatable location right on the lake while still being just minutes from Heavenly Village and all the activities South Lake Tahoe has to offer.We would highly recommend Lakeland Village to families, couples, and anyone looking for a memorable Lake Tahoe getaway. The condo was clean and comfortable and very well appointed. It was the perfect size for 2 people. I think 3 would be tight. The building itself was old, but the condo was modernized and well decorated. We loved the walking distance to the lake and stores and restaurants. Definitely recommend for a South Lake Tahoe stay in the heart of the action!

Kitchen was perfect - tasteful, seemingly new dishes, utensils, and cookware. Appreciated how clean everything was! Quiet location on the back side of the building (away from Lake Tahoe Blvd.) Only noise is from upstairs neighbors but not the fault of condo.Two areas for improvement: 1) the small patio is nice for fresh area, but not for sitting outside. It would be better if the small table and chairs were bar height instead of regular height. As is you find yourself looking straight at the solid patio wall; not particularly pleasant. A higher seat would allow the view to be over the patio wall. 2) Shower: the doors need work;they are very difficult to slide. Shower floor is slippery and needs some anti-slip application. Lastly the shower handle itself is loose which makes adjusting the water temperature difficult.
