Everything about the Sapphire House totally exceeded our expectations. It’s located in the perfect location for enjoying beautiful Norris Lake with incredible views of the lake overlooking Stardust Marina. The house was spotless, super spacious, really comfortable with plenty of room for our entire family. The 2-car garage made parking easy. The kitchen was stocked with anything you could possibly need. There were really nice tv’s in every room. When we weren’t out on the water, we enjoyed the game room where we played ping pong, foosball, video arcade, cornhole, & cards. We liked that the house came with a covered boat slip where we docked our boat and used it to fish from. There’s also a rental place right there that has jet skis, tubes, kayaks & more. Communication with homeowner Gene couldn’t have been any better. He was really helpful and quick to respond to any questions. The pictures of the house on the listing do not do this place justice. It totally has the ‘wow’ factor as soon as you walk inside. This is by far the nicest, most impressive place we’ve ever rented, I’m so happy that we chose to stay here!!!

This is amazing lake view home! Spacious, clean with every amenity for entertaining you can think of. Walking distance to the marina where there is dining and entertainment as well as boat rentals. We had a fabulous stay and will definitely look to come back in the future. Gene was a gracious host and easily available for questions and assistance.

This property was absolutely spectacular! My family and I booked it for our Thanksgiving this year. We have stayed at many rentals over the years and this is one of our favorites! It was beautiful, spacious, and clean. The kitchen was wonderfully equipped, and we prepared our entire Thanksgiving feast there! The living room was perfect for movies or relaxing by the fire. The bathrooms and bedrooms were spotless and comfortable. And we even had game night in the downstairs living area. The hosts were friendly and responsive and had thought of everything to make this place feel like a home. I cannot recommend it enough and would be thrilled to visit again! If you are looking for something in the area, do not hesitate to try the Sapphire House! You will not regret it!
