Great place. Loved the cold plunge and hot tubs. My teens even enjoyed the trundle bed! Tiny home living but cozy and had everything my family of 4 needed.

Our stay at Puna Retreat was amazing! The property was beautiful and the house was very clean. The host is super friendly and was helpful with recommendations on where to eat and what to do. I would definitely recommend this place if you are staying on the Hilo side.

This place is such a beautiful oasis. So quiet and peaceful. The grounds are beautiful to walk around (bee hives, flowers, mini garden, some animals) and there is a gorgeous view of the water. It's easy to get to town and Jacklynn is a wonderful host. We also had amazing massages with a wonderful therapist named Christine at the massage shala. Highly recommend!
