The house was a great size which meant our group of 8 were all together.
There were plenty of bathrooms
The decor was modern
There was a bit of outdoor space
The location isn't too far from town
Staff were great once we could get in touch with them
Standard of cleaning wasn't great - cobwebs in corners of walls/ceiling, toilet brushes weren't moved when cleaning floors, walls needed some tlc where plasterboard was damaged.
No tea towels to dry up with
Not all beds had 4 pillows
There wasn't 1 towel per person supplied
Although staff were great when we got in touch, it sometimes took a few days before a message was replied to.

Location was excellent. At a wedding just round the corner . Three bathrooms always handy when all getting ready. Free parking
No microwave, noisy at night , minimal kitchen equipment- no paper towels , tiny amount of washing up liquid , 3 wine glasses
Even though free parking a man told us we only had one parking space ???

Lovely property, high standard fittings, comfortable beds, and excellent bathrooms
Edges of floor in lounge area could do with a deep clean, and steps from living area to first level need a clean too.
Would be nice to have chairs on the terrace

Good location
Hard to get into the property, the key code would only be given as we arrived and paid a deposit and I could not get a phone signal outside the property.
The beds were moderately comfortable, the sheets were too small and there were no mattress covers. The beds had not been hoovered underneath- we found a pair of glasses!
The fridge had not been emptied since the previous guests left, and there were no basics to start us off not even a tea bag! Poorly equipped, no bottle opener and not enough cups, glasses or seating for more than 4 people.
The entry gate was broken and so easy for anyone to access the courtyard without knowing the access key.
