We had a fantastic stay. Communications were excellent. The house is beautiful, spacious, comfortable, and well equipped. Great quality bed linen and abundant towels. The location beside the Ormeau Road with its park, shops, and restaurants is perfect. An excellent stay. Highly recommended.
We would have appreciated some small soaps in the bathrooms. When we arrived, we had to go straight out to buy some which we left behind us. It's such a small thing but it would be helpful.

Great location with parking. The house was spacious and had a nice big table for a group. Lots of original features in the property. The beds were comfortable and the house was warm. The host maintained good contact. The house is tired and needs updating.
The house is advertised and priced as luxury. It doesn’t compare to other luxury properties I have previously stayed in. It was disappointing as I brought my parents as a treat. The house wasn’t clean. Lots of dust on shelving, under furniture on ornaments and so on, dirty saucepans, ball of hair in bathroom cupboard. The living room is empty. Uncomfortable leather sofa, no soft furnishings. Only 6 kitchen chairs, which had dirty seats and were wobbly. Old worn kitchen and equipment.
