We liked Grazioli Vatican Home very much. Contact with the owner was great. We could leave our backpacks early in the morning in the corridor. We received a lot of useful information before the arrival (we really recommend food at Bibi e Romeo da Alfinso Roma restaurant nearby). Apartament is big and fits well for 6 people. In the building, we met a very helpful janitor (Ralph). What is more really close to the apartment, you can find a well equipped shop (pewex). You can reach Ottaviano metro station in 8 minutes, and the bus stop is close to Grazzioli Street. Also, it's really close to the Vatican Museums. We spent really nice 3 days while visiting Rome, so I sincerely recommend Grazzioli Vatican Home.

A/C in rooms works loud, but in hot days is necessary to use, as the rooms get stuffy very quickly. The bath tube/shower got stuck a little and is uncomfortable to use. Some facilities got old (like A/C), and the kitchen could be equipped better

Příliš komplikovaný vstup do bytu, zámek se těžko odemykal. V koupelně stará vana, odpad špatně odtékal, vhodnější by byl sprchový kout.

The entire building is wonderful. It has a lovely old-fashioned charm. The amenities, however, are modern. It’s truly perfect. The location is also great. You can quickly get to the Old Town by bus or walk to the Vatican. And there are plenty of restaurants right nearby.

The shower tub was the only thing I would criticize. Unfortunately, it was already a bit worn out.
