Please note: The apartment was booked for my partner’s parents, so this review reflects their feedback rather than my personal experience.
Great central location, a beautiful and well-furnished apartment, and fast, responsive communication throughout the booking process.
The apartment we stayed in was located on the ground floor. The only window that could be opened was a tilt window, which limited ventilation throughout the apartment.
In addition, the mattresses were larger than the bed frames, making them less comfortable to use.
Finally, the apartment lacked a few basic amenities and supplies, such as hand soap, which would have enhanced the overall guest experience.
During check-out, there was no one available for us to speak with, as we wanted to let someone know that we had left some items in the refrigerator.

V cosy made us feel like home
Nothing in particular but would have been nice if some bottled water was provided

The apartments are very well designed and spacious. The kitchen is equipped with plenty of plates, glasses, utensils, pots and pans. There is a combination microwave & convection oven, stovetop and reasonably sized fridge. Cleaning supplies are provided but no pantry staples. Station, main square, key sights and supermarket are all in walking distance from the property.
No staff are on site during the weekend. On our second night (a Sunday), the kitchen sink plumbing waste gave way and flooded the floor. Fortunately, we were still able to contact a staff member who was on call and could move us to a new apartment remotely.

We liked the location
It’s new
Service good
Cramped, small for a couple
Outrageously expensive with huge cleaning free for what you get
Set up with living room up a spiral staircase was inconvenient
