Layout of the apartment was really nice. The member of staff who showed us the property and welcomed us on arrival was friendly and informative..

Office staff didnt seem to care or prioritise our concerns. On arrival the jacuzzi wasn't working and dirty. I called and they advised it required a pump (should have had this done prior to our arrival or at least let us know). Wasn't too happy as this was one of their big selling points and also a big contributing factor as to why I booked this place. One of the sinks were also blocked and in addition they had maintenance booked in on one of the mornings of our stay for a window repair and expected us to let them in and wait while they completed their work. As I said the place itself, if everything was cleaned and in working order isn't actually too bad, but if something does go wrong or doesn't work do not expect help or any solutions. They will just run down the days of your stay and keep advising someone will come tomorrow. I also didnt like that we had to waste our time on holiday accommodating their maintenance team. For me they just lack a bit of professionalism and customer care.
