The apartment is nicely equipped, lots of utilities. Very central , close to central area. It’s a large apartment with lots of space. Parking is very close about 5 min walking. The team is answering very quickly to all issues even if not always in a favourable way. Nice little welcome present at arrival , however only 4 capsules of coffee for the coffee machine. Couldn’t find at the store the capsules needed.

Everything it’s digitalized, too much in my opinion , for a vacation house , pins, codes for everything. Don’t forget them and don’t let your phone battery discharge during the day…. Could be dangerous. Noises in the house : from the neighbours living in the upper apartment, from the water system ( you flush the water at the superior floor you will hear it in the living room at the ground floor) , the garbage collection in the morning including all the empty bottles from the previous night . The bedroom is at the upper floor , a long way on stairs up and down , could be not convenient and even dangerous for family with kids or older people. Slow wi-fi having moments of “disappearing” for some time. Garbage ( being sorted in different boxes) is not emptied - even if for a week - you have to let them know ( request) to come and take it. Same with sheets and towels , for 8 days no replacements . In the end they did us “a favour “ to change them after 4 days. Why then - paying a cleaning fee per stay of 128 dollars?…. The water system is terrible . Without mentioning a city water breakdown for a full day , the house water system is terrible . As mentioned lots of noises , no pressure for water , it takes time for water to heat , it takes time for the pressure to go to a reasonable but not satisfactory pressure to shower. In my opinion the accommodation it’s a little too pricey for the conditions , especially compared with other similar ( or better) properties.
