The apartment blew away my already high expectations (based on the reviews). I was sure they must have been exaggerated, but they're not. The apartment is a four star premium hotel in all but name (soap dispensers in bathrooms, Ac in every room, super clean, everything looks new). The hosts are extremely helpful. About 10 minute walk to the beach and supermarkets, 10-20 minute walk to restaurants, 20minute walk to centre of Mindelo.

Everything in the apartment was excellent. But Mindelo has relatively small supermarkets, even the largest ones are not that big. Still, you can find pretty much what you need for vacation needs.

Tudo.

Estendal no patio interior.

The owners were extremely helpful and responsive. They assisted us with various questions and also helped us arrange a rental car. The apartment was very well equipped with everything needed for a comfortable stay. We stayed for 14 days, and it was great to have essentials such as washing machine detergent and basic cooking supplies (oil, salt, pepper, coffee, and tea). The apartment was spacious and comfortable. We were provided with a change of bed linen as well as plenty of towels. The Wi-Fi worked very well. The beach is very close—only a 3-minute walk away.

The windows don’t offer much sound insulation, which appears to be quite common. Overall, the neighborhood is quiet, with only occasional sounds like dogs barking.
