A perfect place for a summer getaway! The location turned out to be ideal for us. There were two wonderful beaches within a 15-minute walk. Along the way, we found shops with everything we needed, as well as several cafés and restaurants. The area was peaceful and had a lovely, authentic village atmosphere. The local people were also very friendly and welcoming. As for the hosts, we will miss them dearly. They were incredibly hospitable and always made sure that everything was going well and that we had everything we needed. Upon our arrival, they prepared a small welcome package with some basic groceries and a bottle of wine. During our stay, our host occasionally treated us to delicious homemade pastries and fresh fruit. We were always happy to exchange a few warm words whenever we met. The accommodation itself was spacious and had everything we needed, including high-quality furniture and kitchen equipment. A washing machine, beach umbrellas, and beach towels were also available for our use. We also appreciated not having to buy basic essentials such as oil, salt, tea, sugar, coffee, and spices, as everything was already provided. These little details made our stay even more comfortable. We would be very happy to come back someday. Highly recommended!

It was a wonderful week. The house is spacious, cozy, very clean, and perfect for a group of 5–6 people. The beds are comfortable, and the kitchen is very well equipped with everything you need for cooking. We also really appreciated the beach umbrella, separate beach towels, as well as the cooler bag and ice packs, which were very useful for our trips to the beach. We had a car, so the location was very convenient for us, with easy access to shops, Liapades, and several nearby beaches. A special thank you to the hosts for their warm welcome and care. When we arrived, there was wine, bread, and cookies from a local bakery waiting for us, which was such a lovely touch after the journey. The hosts were always easy to reach and ready to help whenever we had any questions. You can really feel how much thought and care they put into making their guests comfortable. We have very warm memories of this place. We would happily stay here again and would definitely recommend it to others.

Everything it’s perfect! Big apartment , has everything you need for independent living. We fall in love with the view on the mountain. But most important thing its owners . George and Katrina were so nice and helpful. It’s feels more like you visit the relatives , than renting accommodation.

The house is new and has everything you could possibly need! There was an umbrella for the beach along with towels (both for showering and beach) and swimming goggles (The hosts even had tampons and pads in the bathroom which I’ve never seen done in another place so that really impressed me). The place looks even better in real life than in the photos too. It’s located near the bus stop for the green bus which we used since we didn’t have a car, near the main street of Liapades (which was great since it was about a 10 minute walk to the stores) and it’s close to the beaches. The central beach is just about a 15 minute walk away from the property and Rovinia beach is about 25 minutes away. We also went to Limni beach but it was quite a hike (35- 40 minutes) so be prepared and definitely look up how to get there if you’re going by foot! The host was incredibly kind and helpful and really made our stay better. He welcomed us with wine, bread and cookies from the bakery down the street. It was genuinely such a great place especially for the price. I really can’t recommend it enough.
