In all fairness the hotel is under a major renovation. It was a little strange with most of the hotel already demolished and under construction. The staff was great, it was the really quiet hardly anyone was there.
It worked out the price was right.

Staff was very nice & helpful! Beds were comfortable! Very clean rooms! A/C worked well!
The only thing, which didn’t bother me at all, was some of the furniture was older & showed some wear & tear.

Location close to town. Room was very clean and well kept. Staff very friendly.
Property was in the middle of a renovation. Parts of the facility were closed off. Breakfast was held in a tiny room where you also check in. I realize this will be done at some point in time. I thought the rate was a bit pricey for not being a major town. My hotel in the big city of Des Moines had a rate less expensive than this facility.
