Good location and comfortable room for the price

Breakfast was mediocre. Scrambled egg very overcooked, limited cereal and fruit selection, hot food tricky to serve as lids didn’t stay open and apple juice pretty disgusting. Also small stain on bed sheet.

Great location,very clean and modern. Very comfortable bed and polite staff.

We have stayed here often, very happy with accommodation. Lovely place to stay with your dogs, lots to do in and around Burton.

Room was large and airy with climate control and good pillows. The lady checking me in was clearly bored but another lady when I queried the room was lovely and a credit to the company. The room facilities were unusual with a fridge and microwave and the picture window was spectacular at sun set.

I booked a king bed and got twin beds and I was advised the kings were overbooked and twin was all that was left. I also had an access room with access facilities so I spent some time worried I would pull the emergency help strings around the room. The light in the kitchenette area is on a sensor but too close to the bed so if I turned over I set the light off throughout the night waking me. I also object to paying for a room and having to pay additional for parking when there was no alternative and we were not city centre, it felt money grabbing when this was not a cheap budget stay.
