Well maintained, clean, comfortable and cosy. Very close to the beach and a short stroll to coffee shops, pubs and convenience store
Nothing not to like.

On the seafront across one road onto the beach with a 'dogs allowed' beach/dunes very close by.
Dog friendly. Very comfortable. Cleaning - a few 'ignored' places (eg under beds)
Not everything that was listed was supplied - eg., dog bed; bath mat; toilet paper but these weren't a major problem as, apart from the dog bed, we had taken our own (dog slept on her blanket on the floor).
Reasonably priced for it's location and facilities....will certainly want to stay there again!

Perfect location for the beach and exploring Aberdovey.
Very clean & tidy. The parking pass was extremely useful.
