Loved the fact it had a good sized backyard for my kids to play and kick the footy. Pool table and table tennis is excellent touch. Didn’t use the pool, but would have if weather was warmer. Beds are comfortable, big plus. Nice downstairs area and upstairs living room to separate kids from adults if needed. Close to all amenities needed! Happily be back.
Went to use the bbq and was unable to. This is not the hosts fault. Clearly guests have not cleaned it after using it and was not useable. Only fault I can say. Was looking forward to a bbq, haha.

Comfortable house with great games room bar area, 2 living rooms made it really spacious for 2 families. We were able to use the fireplaces at night which was lovely as well.
no responses to request when using booking.com message but once had mobile of host this improved.
