The view, amenities and location. It was well set up and comfortable.
It really needs fly screens on the doors! We would have loved to keep them open it keep a breeze but so many bugs came in!

Location & beach view were really great. Good facilities & complimentary tea, coffee,... etc
Good value for money.
Cleanliness was poor - black hairs & other black dirt specks on floor, especially around the laundry nook, but also black hair on blanket on bed. Internals of cupboards & drawers in kitchen weren't clean, & there was dirt on top of the washing machine also. The balcony needed a good sweeping (accumulated dirt & leaves) & removal of cobwebs on the railing. One of the chairs on the balcony had a broken frame - should be removed.
There was an unpleasant smell of damp around the laundry nook, which never went away.
The dryer ran all night but didn't dry the clothes we washed.

Absolutely beautiful view, felt so private with no neighbours to look in. Clean and comfortable. Great video instructions for key pick up and parking. (If you watch the video, it’s very easy) Host is extremely friendly and very helpful.

Location was good, and handy to places we wanted to visit
Couch not very comfortable, sticky tape holding the toilet seat together and grout sealant separated away from the shower wall .
